We believe the same principle applies to organisations and the people who shape them. The difference between a good hire and the right hire is rarely obvious at first glance. Karen, Lynsey and Mel have built and led commercial teams within growing organisations - experiencing first-hand what it takes to hire well, and how painfully disruptive it can be when chemistry isn't right.

Over 13 years in specialist recruitment, with nine spent placing senior marketing, commercial and digital leadership - from scaling SMEs to established international brands. Jonathan believes hiring is a calibrated process, not a transactional one. The right appointment comes from the proportion of capability, character, chemistry and context - not speed or volume.
